What we are
Fayetteville NC Tree Removal connects property owners around Fayetteville with independent tree contractors and is paid for those referrals. It is not a tree service and holds no contractor's license. It does no tree removal, trimming, stump grinding or land clearing, and it signs nothing with you on a contractor's behalf. Descriptions of tree work on these pages explain what local contractors typically do; they are not offers of work by us.
No guarantees
A contractor's schedule, rates, punctuality, workmanship, licensing and insurance are matters between you and that contractor. Before work starts, ask for a certificate of insurance and get the price and scope in writing.
About the content
Prices shown here were published by others and are not quotes. Our summaries of rules from the city, the towns, Cumberland and Hoke counties, PWC and the state are general background, not legal or arborist advice, and they can go stale.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we aren't liable for any loss tied to this website, a referral, or work a contractor does or fails to do.
Which law applies
The laws of North Carolina.
